The lesson is addressed to dancers, actors, singers and persons who have experience with body training. It is a simple process of contacting our own body and connecting it with the voice.
Through various exercises, the individual gradually relaxes and regains consciousness of his/her authentic vocal possibilities in connection with his/her senses. The voice and the body are unified naturally, having as a point of reference, the anatomic center of the body. As a result, the individual is in a position to communicate in an original personal way, connected with the internal and external environment.
The music, through exercises according to the needs of each person, becomes incorporated in the movement. It works as a source of energy for the body and sustains the expression. The person will be ready and able to apply his/her vocal possibilities in any way they are asked to, in precise combination with their movement. The flow of vital energy in the body will therefore function in a natural and therapeutic way.

Μάθημα Φωνητικής ενεργοποίησης και Μουσικής Ενσωμάτωσης
Το μάθημα απευθύνεται σε ανθρώπους που επιθυμούν
να ασχοληθούν με τη φωνή σε σύνδεση με το σώμα τους.
Είναι μια απλή διαδικασία επαφής με το σώμα
και σύνδεσής του συνειδητά με τη φωνή .
Μέσα από μια σειρά ασκήσεων, το άτομο σταδιακά χαλαρώνει
και αποκτά επίγνωση των αυθεντικών δυνατοτήτων
της φωνής,
σε συνάρτηση με το σώμα του.
Η μουσική ενσωματώνεται στην κίνηση
και αποτελεί πηγή ενέργειας
για το σώμα και σημείο στήριξης για την έκφραση.
